it’s my 41st birthday today! 🥳 a few days ago, i FINALLY bit the bullet on vlogging again and i just uploaded my 3rd episode in a row. it’s been so much fun to experiment with video again and i’m hoping to continue this daily for as long as i can.
being that it’s my bday, i was feeling reflective so i scrolled through some of my old videos and found this one from september 5, 2017…. it’s crazy that 9 years later, i can echo the same sentiment that i did in this vlog. i was talking about how i had almost quit a few months before recording this but i decided not to. i had gotten into my first car accident and it just felt like the universe was telling me that this was the end. but i decided to push through. i never gave up. AND THAT WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT THE NEXT 9 YEARS WOULD BRING 😆
today, i feel exactly the same because 6 months ago, i was diagnosed with the super fun combo that is ADHD + perimenopause and feeling the most shitty i’ve ever felt in my life, physically and mentally.💩i can honestly say that i did quit, at least in the moment. i was so miserable and i needed to tell myself that i was done. and thanks to my super supportive and loving husband, i made it through and i’m here vlogging again… feeling like myself again.💜
i can honestly say that i am not where i thought i would be 9 years ago. i failed every goal i set out for myself lol. BUT also, my life is WAY better than i had ever imagined. i’m super happy, super thankful, and so excited to see where else life takes me 🤩
note to self: PLEASE KEEP VLOGGING!! JUST CREATE MORE! YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU FOR IT!!

I wished I would have watched this Friday. I did Postmates this weekend in 90+ degree weather in a car with no a/c & a dead battery. So I had to leave it running the whole time & lock it with the other key & one time I forgot & turned the car off & had to get the jump box out of the trunk & jump it. LOL. But, I still did 24 trips & made over $200. One lady tipped me $30.

Keep in mind that not all of the money earned is yours people.. because you are responsible for saving a percentage on each delivery when doing your taxes, lots of people get F#cked over for not saving some of that money up...

These tips will help keep your rating up which is just as important as tip$ Because the system works on an algorithm which gives couriers with higher rating more job requests than those who have lower rstings which only makes sense. If I turn the app on any time 24/7 Its almost certain to beep within minutes if not seconds. Its one of those jobs were you'll get out of it what you put into it. Good luck all!!!

I listen to audiobooks, podcasts, go to the same route about everyday. I have a goal every day and also a timeframe like 4-5 per day. It has been working well for me!
