Me...
I am currently on the Ketogenic Diet...started in mid May and it's been about four months now. I've lost over 30 pounds but seem to be struggling with further weight loss. The first month I lost over 17 Pounds, now I'm losing about one or so pounds a week. The good news is, I have more energy and feel much better about myself.
I am interested in doing You Tube Video's, but not sure how to even start something like a channel that somebody would care to watch. I hope to retire from full time work in about five years. I live in Seattle Washington, work in the Hotel industry for the last 36 years and am interested in getting an RV and touring the country with my wife.
I'm following a lot of Nomadic You Tubers that have followings from over 100K to under 1 K. I will decide upon making video's or not, until then...this is all there is for now.
