still works I just did it a few mins ago I was at 50 at the Red Rocket did this and it shot up to 100 in like 1:30-2 hours thanks man

I have 6 Chem shops with 6 people in it 80 defense turrets 18 settlers 19 food 23 bed bar yellow and 90% happiness yet it won't go up

any other settlement you can do this? my red rocket station already has 18 settlers. I tried this same method on Abernathy farm, waited literally 2 hours, but the happiness meter wouldn't move off of 83. is this restricted to certain settlements?

If this works I'm going to flip. My castle has about 280 defence 40 food 20 settlers 60 power 40 water and about 12 level 3 shops. But it still won't get to 100%

and if you hurting for money wait a day go in to workshop transfer all the water then sell it to the shops you got you never never leave the settlement and make the money you need instead of doing the cap glitch or whatever you do for that I'm at 87 in sanctuary and waiting to go up Gunna take some time but I got to 85 with out any shops or whatever

is it bad when the power thing in build mode is red, not sure if it is or not
