Description
Welcome to my freestyle dance space, where movement meets soul and therapy meets art.
This channel started as a fun, raw, and free way to share my love for dance. But as a certified art therapist, I’ve come to appreciate dance as so much more than self-expression : it’s a powerful, therapeutic practice for emotional release, self-discovery, and healing.
Here, you’ll find intuitive, free-spirited dance videos designed to help you reconnect with your body, process your emotions, and move with intention. Whether you’re here to be inspired, dance along, or simply let your feelings flow , you’re welcome in this space.
✨ Explore more of my creative world: Visit my website for free downloadable digital art, crafted to soothe, inspire, and uplift.
Let’s move with purpose, play with freedom, and heal through rhythm. 🌀

What ever others say, I kind of like the way you dance, because it's the way I would dance to this song.

Yes! There needs to be more free dancing. This is enjoyable. Remeber the quote: "Dance like no one is watching"
