Welcome to my channel. Here you will find information and videos on technology, aviation, R&D, and the wonderful world of General Aviation. General Aviation comprises the majority of aviation operations and ranges from air freight to charter flights to personal transportation. A wise person once said "A mile of road will get you one mile... But, a mile of runway can get you anywhere in the world". I have flown hang gliders, sailplanes, balloons, fixed wing single and multi engine civil aircraft, and military jets. I believe that a robust and sustainable network of General Aviation airports, as well as the maintenance, training, and facilities to support these airports and the aircraft using them is a critical part of our national infrastructure. With every gallon of fuel purchased, there is a tax which provides funding to the FAA. This system of use-based taxation has worked, and continues to work to fund the aviation infrastructure of the United States. NO USER FEES!
