Musically, their best line-up. But they never really filled the void left by Sandy Denny and Ian Matthews.

"Sloth" is a song by the English folk rock band Fairport Convention, released on their album "Full House" in 1970. The lyrics are believed to be a powerful anti-war statement, as well as touching on themes of abandonment and the human condition. The term "sloth" in the context of this song may refer to the slow and relentless march of war, and the human tendency to turn a blind eye to the consequences of conflict.

How wonderful to see them in action on Sloth! I do wish the cameraman had shown us a little less of their backs and paid more attention to who was playing what bits.

This whole set is stunning. Wish this line-up had lasted longer.

great clip, but it would have been better if they showed the front of the band instead of from behind, especially when Thompson was doing his solo
