The retail edition contains 31 3D ogres in three colors, and 41 3D buildings in the same three colors, a total of 72 items (the number promised on the SJG sell page).  The Kickstarter version adds 8 more Ogre models, of which only the two Vulcans are unique, the others being duplicate or alternate faction color units.   There are also an additional 23 building models (again, mostly duplicates with a few alternate faction colors, 11 are duplicate blue buildings), the reactors being the only new unit and those are available in a different color from a 3rd party sponsor.  A total of 31 additional models, mostly duplicates.  That's 4 sheets of 3D counters, the other 2 sheets are specialized overlays, 18 full hex+ overlays and a dozen hex-side overlays.

Kickstarter really ruins games like this. If you didn't know about this beforehand you're screwed and have to resort to buying from price gouging clowns.
