Dude! This worked! I didn't played ATS for over a month, I decided to open it today and it started crashing over and over after just 15-20 seconds of me opening the game. This seemed to do the trick, at least I got into the game and drove around for a bit. Been dealing with this for close to an hour and ran out of time to play for a long period of time. Hopefully it's a permanent fix. THANK YOU!

Brooo thank u so much. It works, been searching for a while and saw this really appreciate it

What a legend, thank you so much :)

You absolutely saint, Thank you so much!

Awsome, just picked this game up a few days ago.. Was taking 20mins to launch "waiting out the not responding phase". Then, couldn't adjust graphics at all (locked on lowest settings).

Thanks for the info. I replaced the d3d9.dll in the bin/win_x64 directory with the more up to date version from the system 32 directory and that sorted out my problem. Nice one, thanks again. :-)
