What I got from this is the higher volume gives you a slight edge from low volume training.

As a statistician, I was skeptical going into this, but after reading the papers I am really impressed with how thorough their methods are documented and the quality of their analyses. Very nice work.

Please continue to do these when given the opportunity. Hearing Dr. Robinson & Dr. Pelland insistently qualify the results of their studies and clarify what you can truly conclude is so extremely rare and valuable.

This was really really interesting. Would love more intermediate type content where you discuss the science and get into the weeds really
Low volume, two set method. Lift heavy, 3-5 minute breaks in between. Get strong, get yoked.

50:12 "More advanced trainees can get away with fewer sets because they can make any given set more potent" - Great observation, makes a lot of anecdotal sense to me too
