SMU and Bama will stack the box due to our running game and will dare Ashton to beat them in the air with his arm.

FSU deserves better. Mike Norvell and Tony White haven’t shown they can get this team where it needs to be. With stronger coaching, we’d be putting up 60 points without breaking a sweat. The defense can’t cover anyone right now — they look unprepared and undisciplined.

Trust DJ at QB even though he wasn’t good at previous spots. Trust Ashton at QB even though he wasn’t good at previous spots. Anyone noticing a pattern for how QB “recruiting” is going?

2-10 part 2, electric boogaloo. Thanks for always speaking the truth Brian, despite being called negative. You have been vindicated.

I love uncut and objective perspectives when talking sports. As cane fan I tune into every locked-on podcast of teams we face, and this is definitely top tier post-game commentary.

Under Norvell, our team is like a bad running car. Sometimes it runs great for a few minutes and then it spits and sputters. MN is a good guy, but he's reached his peak as a coach in the big time. I wouldn't be shocked if we end up 3-9 or 4-8. But, as always, Go Noles!

I’m wondering if Norville starts Malachi Marshall or Sperry versus SMU

I'm beginning to believe that it's not all about talent, or even coaching, but the Spirit of the team and the program -- that's the most important ingredient.

Looking at Virgina's defensive coverage vs NC St vs how FSU coverage vs NM St is like night and day. It was mentioned that Virgina's FS was a former QB and the coaching staff recruited him off of athletic ability alone. We need to recruit more smart athletic players and find a position for them.

Why are we even playing zone against a team like this? Got to play man and got to get better!
