I'm wanting alcohol free Cenaurium & Spalanthes. Please advise if herbs are available as I have tincture but 67% alcohol. How can I ensure alcohol totally evaporated. Please advise

how long does it take before you can drink it after putting it in warm water? I take a lot of DR MORSE and I don't really wanna have all that alcohol
