my package was marked ready for pickup by my alert. went to pick it up and it was never delivered to my pickup location. it was either stolen by the driver or by the pickup location. trying to contact is like a Chinese water torture test. artificial ignorance gatekeeper keeps sending me down rabbit holes and unable to speak to a live person. this customer service is outrageous
