Best part is that this looks like it was on a VHS tape from the 90s. And we're STILL having this problem with misconceptions and misinformation.

Doesnt matter what the press or media suposedly calls these weapons, but rather what the law makers call them, or more to the point, what they decide what any given weapon should be characterized as.

It's amazing how uninformed even "informed" people are. Full auto weapons are completely legal to purchase as a US citizen, it does not require any license, you do not need to be a "class III" FFL or SOT. Any Pre-86 registered transferrable machinegun is available for purchase. They are just extremely expensive.

in most state fully automatic is legal with the proper license.
