If you want to move to Wyoming, one needs to go and live there for a while to make a decision. Don't base your move on what a RE "agent'" may be suggesting.

My family and I are looking into moving here. We currently live in Las Vegas, NV and it's really turning more and more into California every day.

Looking to move from Bozeman, between Laramie and Cheyenne. What are some things to consider moving to Wyoming, besides the wind, winter and wildlife? Either buy a home or raw land, what would I have to look out for, setting up utilities such as well( depth, water quality), septic and electricity, radon and other radioactive mitigation, building permits? Are some questions I have.

If you live in a blue state and want to move to Wyoming, either stay in your blue state or leave your politics there.

Can you talk about driving in the snow? If a AWD or a 4x4 is needed or can we get away with front wheel drive or rear wheel drive with appropriate tires and cables/chains?
