Even if MJ liked her, that stage kiss was a very unprofessional thing to do and he was all about being a professional, he had very strong work ethics and back then he was pretty religious still too. She crossed the line and that threw him off. I don’t know who exactly fired her but I’m pretty sure MJ wouldn’t have wanted to work with her anymore after what she did.
